Terms of sale and delivery

Payment
https://filterspotter.com/ accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron. Payment with card will be subject to 1.45% of the purchase in additional fee. The amount will be withdrawed from your card only when the goods are sent from https://filterspotter.com/. We will never withdraw a larger amount than approved at the point of purchase.
All prices include VAT and other duties. Prices are current prices.
Delivery
Shipping of goods is always done with a courier.
Delivery to the door. Carying in the goods is not included. Curbside delivery
For samples you can choose from the following delivery options:

Right of cancellation
These rules apply only to sales to consumers, unless otherwise agreed. You have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop at https://filterspotter.com/. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received your item(s). You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your notice, please make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You will find it in your order confirmation and at the bottom of these terms. You cannot undo by simply denying receipt of the item without giving us clear notice of this.
Complaints
Deficiency rules of the purchasing law can be applied to purchases of goods. When you shop at https://filterspotter.com/ you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour. You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you advertise within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the claim is warranted, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain a shipment receipt so that we can repay your shipping costs. When you return the item, please provide information about what the defect is.
In the case of business / commercial purchases, the 24-month right of complaint will lapse and will instead exceed to a one-year warranty.

Redress
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer support via info@umecotech.com, or +86 574 8739 8115. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board at www.forbrug.dk, provided that the conditions for doing so are met. Moreover, you have the possibility to use EU's appeals authority ODR (Online Dispute Resulution). Such a complaint can be filed here.
