With over 15 years of experience, we take pride in helping customers worldwide expand their local markets with our high-quality products.
UMECO boasts cutting-edge processing and testing equipment, including automatic folding and welding machines, PALL bubble-point testing systems for pleated filter cartridges, and a sintering furnace imported from South Korea, capable of producing 100,000 sintered coconut carbon filters monthly. Besides our in-house factory products, we collaborate closely with external manufacturers to diversify our offerings.
We've invested in production lines for specialized items like CEMS probe filters and PA/PE sintered filters to meet niche market filtration needs while enhancing our existing product range.
Leveraging our supply chain advantages in Ningbo and extensive knowledge of filter-related products, we easily source top-quality water purifier accessories, such as PE tubes, RO membranes, pipe connections, ball valves, solenoid valves, water pumps, and water tanks.At UMECO, we maintain a dedicated team responsible for design, customization, and quality control in hydraulic and compressor filters. Our replacement filters achieve over 90% filtration efficiency compared to the original ones.
Ningbo, renowned as a global hub for hydraulic parts production, serves as an OEM for nearly all major hydraulic fitting brands, including Gates, Manuli, Eaton, Alfagoma, Parker, and more. Our partner factories are equipped with advanced machinery, such as automatic cutting machines, high-speed punching machines, CNC machining centers, and pipe hot bending machines, enabling them to produce up to 2 million units per month.
